LYRICS

These are the artists' words, exactly how they wrote them. Nothing on these pages gets cleaned up or edited. If a line reads strange, that's how it was written.

Black, Sanguine and Gold are the Book of Colors, Jinx's trilogy. Spotify lists Sanguine as an EP because of the track count. To us all three are albums, and they read best in order.

Sugar Cones have both albums here. Bounce Back opens Swimming, and Populus says the point of the whole record in it: they beat the best on Swinging, so now they're beating themselves.

enemyX is Jinx and me. The full album is here, along with Return to Sender, the Jinx single that came out one year to the day after he passed.

Read them in order if you can. Jinx built the Book of Colors as three records that talk to each other. The enemyX pages are the two of us trading lines, so who says what matters.

Jinx wrote the Book of Colors across 2016 and 2017, all three records laid out together before Black was recorded.

If a spelling looks wrong, that's how they wrote it.
