All sales are final unless your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or is the wrong item. We are a small label and we are not trying to stick you with something you cannot use. If the size is wrong or you want to swap something, email us within 14 days of delivery. We look at these one at a time and will do what we can. Not every request can be approved, especially for items made to order for you. Check the size guide on the product page before you buy.
If something is wrong with your order
Email us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you.
Exchanges and special requests
When we approve an exchange or return, we decide whether it is a swap, store credit or a refund. If we ask for the item back, send it unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging. You cover return shipping unless the mistake was ours. In some cases we will ask you to keep the original.
Cancellations
Email us right away if you need to cancel. Some items go into production fast. If production or shipping has not started we will cancel and refund you. If it has started we cannot stop it.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. After we approve one, your bank or payment provider usually takes 5 to 10 business days to show it.
Shipping
- We ship within the United States.
- Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
- Some items are made after you order and take longer to ship. Allow extra time.
- Items in one order can ship separately, from different locations, with separate tracking.
- You will get a tracking email when your order ships.
- Check your address before you pay. If a package comes back because the address was wrong, reshipping is on you.
Lost or late packages
If your tracking says delivered and nothing showed up, or your order is much later than expected, email us. We will work with the carrier to track it down.
