These terms cover purchases from the Killing Field Records store at killingfieldrecords.
com/store. When you place an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not
place an order.

## Who we are

The store is run by Killing Field Records LLC in Lincoln, Nebraska. “We” and “us”
mean the label.

## Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your shipping confirmation.
We can cancel and refund an order if an item is out of stock, a price is wrong or
we suspect fraud. Give us accurate name, address and payment details.

## Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and any tax are added at checkout. Payments go
through our payment processors. If a price is listed wrong, we can cancel the order
and refund you.

## Shipping

We ship within the United States. Delivery times are estimates, not promises. Details

If a package goes missing or shows up late, email us and we will help.

## Merch

Some merch is made after you order. Small differences in color and print placement
are normal. Check the size guide before you buy.

## Returns, refunds and cancellations

All sales are final except as described in our [Refund and Returns Policy](https://killingfieldrecords.com/store/refund-and-returns-policy/).
That policy covers returns, exchanges, refunds and cancellations, and it is part
of these terms.

## Music, art and merch rights

Everything on this site belongs to Killing Field Records or the artists: music, 
artwork, logos, photos and designs. Buying a CD or a shirt gets you that item, not
the rights to the work. Do not copy it, bootleg it or use our logos and art to make
your own merch.

## Explicit content

Some releases and artwork have strong language and violent themes. You must be 18
or older, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to buy from the store.

## Accounts

If you make an account, you are responsible for your password and what happens under
it. We can close accounts used for fraud or abuse.

## Using the site

Do not break the site, scrape the checkout, or pay with a card that is not yours.

## Limits

We sell what we describe. If something goes wrong, our liability for an order is
limited to what you paid for it, as far as the law allows. Nothing here takes away
rights you have under the law.

## Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska.

## Changes

We may update these terms. The version in place when you order is the one that applies
to that order.
